The ACMP App enables users of ACMP Unified Endpoint Management solution to use ACMP Asset Management and ACMP Helpdesk functions on the go.
Administrators can now create, edit and close tickets on the go - and of course view existing tickets. The whole thing is rounded off by the ability to call up helpdesk queries, for example, to quickly find out whether tickets already exist for a particular issue. In the Asset Management area, system administrators can use the ACMP app to view, edit, delete and create new assets. Regardless if companies have multiple sites or multiple contracts, with the ACMP app they always have an overview of the linked master data.
